It's unfortunate, I'm seeing everyone talk about this great service but today 21 May I came in looking for estimate pricing for my bicycle and was helped by either a rep. having an extremely upsetting day or someone who is ass-ish. She, in helping me, didn't seem very interested in having a constructive conversation about my bike and what I could to repair it and prodded about who else (what other shops) I'd gone too. Furthermore, as I was taking (what pricing notes I was able to get) notes in my phone, she increasingly got more agitated with me and ordered, "Put your phone away, and talk to me!" If this employee wants to demean someone they can shut it and go deal with their whatever elsewhere not attempt to make a customer the pincushion. I will be back to speak with the boss/manager and her again.
