This is a small airport. I've never been to Youngstown before, but had to make a sudden trip to OH for a sick relative back at the end of Oct.2015 and the Alamo/National car rental agent made it a very pleasant experience. His name was Bryant Lee and he had to handle the entire operation including checking the car upon return. He also gave me tips about my next rental. I saw the hours on-line and I was coming in after the supposed closing time, but Bryant reassured me that he would be there and he was. Enterprise Holdings is fortunate to have Bryant on staff.
