I bought my son a watch for Christmas. He tried it on, but it was too big. I brought it to them on Christmas Eve and asked if they could take some links out. She worked on it for five minutes and told me that I would have to leave it because 2 other customers walked in and "her boss" told her never to finish working on something if another customer came in. She also informed me that she didn't put it back together correctly DON'T GO THERE THEY DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY'RE DOING
