If I could give zero stars I would! The billing department is a JOKE and have absolutely no idea how to do their jobs. I worked with Dr. Prasad for two years and as an employee of that God Awful place, I got sick and saw my PCP, Dr. Tranto. I had the flu and sinus infection and because I had a severe terrible cough I actually ended up cracking a few ribs. That place billed me as a work related injury, never even billed my insurance (THAT I HAD THROUGH THEM) and now I have a $2000 bill turned into collections. Despite my NUMEROUS attempts to reach them and of course NO ONE calls you back. They have no idea how to do their job!!!
