Bill Cummings was AMAZING. My father passed away in TN and was flown back to Pittsburgh so he can be buried next to my mother in Hubbard Ohio. Bill updated me when he picked up my father from the airport and informed me when he was safe back in Hubbard Ohio. Planning the service is never pleasant, but Bill was professional and made it very simple. The actual service was just wonderful. Bill was always available for questions or concerns and he took immediate action for any concern or question I had.
