I have been taking my dogs to Oregon Animal Hospital for years. The staff is friendly and caring. Dr. Kao is caring, knowledgeable and happy to answer any and all questions besides giving information to take better care of my dogs. And yes, in addition to that he also charged fairly. My dogs are my family and these are the people I trust with their health and welfare.
