I'M OUT -$230!!!!!!!! I brought in a $200 blanket and they ruined the ENTIRE throw. The material is no longer the same and there is crusty material spread throughout. I even had the gentleman feel what was in my blanket and he did not care. I was offered no accommodation, and was charged $30. I would never recommend Queens Cleaners, they do not care for your personal items.
Just dropped off clothes for the first time because their competition across the street decided to close 2 hours early without notice. While standing in the lobby the lights get turned out and a man comes from the back. Says nothing. I ask if he’s still open. He just huffs to the computer and asks, “Phone number?”. Excuse me? Am I inconveniencing you by giving you my business? With no other option I decide to drop off my husbands uniforms. The rudeness continues while I ask when they will be ready and what their actual hours are, since the door sign says 7pm and he was turning off the lights at 4:30. Bottom line is this will be a one-time use for us. I cannot stand service industry owners who are ungrateful for new business.
