They were nice that they provide a driver to drive me and my just-purchased car back home (I was a new driver)but the second day which was my first day started the car on my own, the check engine light is on. The car was fine when test driving, and now I know why it took them 3 hours to "clean the car" before they handed my the car key. I was angry enough not to check again after spending 3 hours waiting. I wonder what happened the 6 days between test driving and the pick up or during the 3hours.
Great experience buying a used car here. Since the vehicle had been on the lot for a few months, their offer price was already well below the average asking price for the same make/model/mileage elsewhere. The only thing I did not appreciate was, during the signing of the loan, I felt as though I was being pressured into accepting all of these extra coverages--warranties, insurance, etc., and then given a guilt trip for not accepting. There were at least half a dozen I had to turn down, and it whittled my monthly payment down by at least $40 getting rid of those. (And it is pretty much a given that these "coverages" are pretty much useless--try making a claim on them! These are nothing but pure profit for the dealer.) Sorry, but when I close on a loan, just give me the damn loan--don't push these useless coverages at me. Otherwise, no fault with the salesperson, or the rest of the dealership--it all worked out well.
